in fear of a terrorist attack by stuffing plastic explosives into bike tubes.

i remember a couple of years ago a guy in Athens, OH had a "this bike is a pipe bomb" sticker on his whip. they called in the bomb squad from columbus, shut down half the campus at OU, and completely disassembled his bike. poor guy. how absurd!
